Sapori, which means 'flavors' in Italian, features dishes cultivated by Chef Ivano Centemeri, executive chef and longtime chef of La Strada at Eldorado Resort Casino in Reno.
It moved into the now-closed buffet location on the top floor of the resort and offers the same panoramic views of the Sierra and the South Shore. There is a new restaurant at Harrah's Lake Tahoe, Sapori Italian Kitchen.
